The following is the full list of city-owned facilities available for rental. Click on the locations below for prices and scheduling information.

Rental Facilities:

The Ankeny Market & Pavilion (AMP) is located at 715 W. First St. in the heart of Uptown Ankeny. AMP is a trailhead for the popular High Trestle Trail, home of the Ankeny Uptown Farmer's Market and host to a variety of unique and exciting community activities. AMP is a 3.1 acre park that will include two pavilions, a restroom building, 108 parking spaces, bicycle trailheads and plenty of open space.

Fee Structure - Per Day (1) One Pavilion  (2) Two Pavilions** 
Non-profit organizations (must provide proof of 501(c)(3) or 501(c)(6) status to qualify for this rate) $200  $300
Private Rental - Ankeny Resident*  $200 $300
Private Rental - Nonresident  $400 $600

 

*To qualify for this rate, the resident must provide a copy of their driver's license. For weddings or receptions, the bride or groom or their respective mother, father or legal guardian must reside within the City of Ankeny at the time of application as well at the time of the event. For all other social events, the host, hostess, or quest of honor must reside within the City of Ankeny at the time of application as well as the time of the event.

**The south pavilion and restroom facility is currently under construction and not available for rental at this time.
