Otter Creek Golf Course was originally built in 1982 as a regulation length golf course located on the northeast side of Ankeny, Iowa. In September 2007, Otter Creek closed for a complete renovation of both the golf course and clubhouse. In June 2009, the new Paul Miller designed Otter Creek Golf Course opened featuring multiple sets of tees at each hole, 44 bunkers, 17 ponds, and an abundance of tall grasses and mounding.
The expanded clubhouse includes a fully stocked golf shop, Tin Cup Bar & Grille, and the Pinnacle Club, a 250 person banquet facility and meeting space. The golf course will incorporate 270 single family homes, and also includes a neighborhood park designed with picnic shelter, trail system, and playground.
