Ankeny Dog ParkAnkeny Dog Park
The Ankeny Dog Park is a 7.5-acre space that allows dogs of all sizes to run freely in an entirely fenced in area. The park features a half acre pond, separate small and large dog areas, and open green space for dogs to run in. MORE >>>

Ankeny Market & PavilionAnkeny Market & Pavilion (AMP)
Construction is now underway for the new Ankeny Market & Pavilion (AMP) in Ankeny. The AMP will include two large, open air shelters, which will house the Ankeny Uptown Farmers Market and a variety of community activities; a restroom building; 108 parking spaces; and other open green space. The AMP also will be the primary trailhead of the High Trestle Trail, which is a 26-mile trail between Ankeny and Woodward, Iowa. MORE >>>

The Miracle League of AnkenyAnkeny Miracle Park
The Ankeny Miracle Park consists of the Miracle League Field, All-Inclusive Playground and restroom/concession facility. This is the second Miracle League Field in Iowa but the first with a co-located All-Inclusive Playground benefiting youth with special needs. The Ankeny Miracle Park hosts the Ankeny Miracle League, which is a non-competitive baseball/softball program for children with special needs. Youth ages 5-18 with special needs are eligible to play in spring and fall leagues. MORE >>>
