In accordance with the requirements of Title II of the Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990 (“ADA”), the City of Ankeny, Iowa, will not discriminate against individuals with disabilities in its services, programs, or activities.

Transition Plan: The City has prepared the City of Ankeny, Iowa – Americans with Disabilities Act Transition Plan which addresses the physical barriers within the city infrastructure.
