Makerspace
The library's makerspace is located on the second floor near the young adult collection. Anyone under 13 must be supervised by an adult while in the makerspace. You may need to provide some supplies; this will be addressed in the required training appointment before you use the equipment. After the initial appointment, you may reserve equipment based on availability.
Users must follow the library's Makerspace Policy.

The library has the following equipment available:
3D Printer
Uses filament to print three-dimensional designs. A variety of filament colors are available. Printing costs 25 cents per 15 minutes of printing time.
Cricut
Cricut Explore Air 2 machine, EasyPress 12" x 10", EasyPress Mini, Hat Press and Mug Press are available. 12" x 12" and 12" x 24" mats in light, standard and strong grip are provided. Must provide your own paper, vinyl, mug, fabric, hat, etc.
Green Screen
Must provide your own video taking equipment. Available when reserving the full room.
Photo Scanning/Audio Conversion
Scan photographs, negatives, slides and more. Can also convert record albums and cassette tapes to a digital format. Must provide a flash drive or DVD or may purchase from the library. Conversion time takes the length of the album/tape.
Sewing Machine
Traditional sewing machine, serger, iron and ironing board. Must provide your own fabric and thread.
Sound Booth
Microphone and headphones available in a sound-dampening room to record and edit audio. Must provide a flash drive or may purchase from the library.
Video Conversion
Convert VHS, 8mm reel-to-reel, and Super 8 reel-to-reel video to a digital format. Must provide a flash drive or DVD or may purchase from the library. Conversion times takes the length of the video.
