Items can always be returned to our outside book drop, located on the parking lot side of the building. During library hours, there is also a return between the north doors by the parking lot, and at the circulation desk.

All items can be renewed up to two times as long as they are not on hold for another person and the fines on your account are $4.99 or under. To renew, call 515-965-6460 opt. 3, email the library, or log on to your online account.
Yes. Payments can be made in person or over the phone by calling 515-965-6460 opt. 3.
Visit our online catalog and log in using your library card number and PIN. By default, your PIN is the last four digits of the phone number on the account. While logged in, you can put items on hold, renew your items, and more.
Most items check out for three (3) weeks. WiFi hotspots, projectors, and DVDs/Blu-Rays check out for one (1) week, while STEAM kits and TV series check out for 2 weeks.
You can check out a total of 100 items per card at one time. There is a limit of 10 music CDs and 10 DVDs per card.

Items that are returned late will be charged an overdue fine per the library's Fines and Fees Policy.
You can request that the library purchases or borrows a title not in the collection using this form. It can take several weeks before an item is available at the library; you will receive a notification when it is ready for you to pick up.
