Project Description

The 2023 PCC Pavement Preservation Program project includes the following:

• Site 1: Cleaning and filling of cracks and joints in the Meadowlark Plateau, Golfview Terrace, North Creek, and Westwood Ankeny Neighborhoods.

• Site 2: Full depth PCC patching on NW North Creek Drive and NW Cedarwood Drive.

• Site 3: PCC paving on SW Meadowlark Lane.

Progress Update

The full depth patching and crack and joint filling is anticipated to start in April.  Residents will be notified with door tags prior to work starting.  During this time, traffic will be maintained.                                                                                              

The PCC paving on SW Meadowlark Lane will take place starting in June.  Residents will be notified prior to work beginning.  SW Meadowlark will have one lane open at all times.
