Ankeny Genealogy Chapter Presents: Linda Betsinger McCann

Local author Linda Betsinger McCann will give a presentation this month. Linda has a passion for the “lost” towns and counties of Iowa. She has written multiple books about Iowa history and Iowan POWs.

The Ankeny Genealogy Chapter meets the fourth Monday of the month January through November at 7 PM at the Kirkendall Public Library. All are welcome. There is no fee to attend, but if you would like to become a member there is $7.50 annual membership dues. Each month features a program to help in your research. Members are always available to help people with their research questions and try to get them over their brick walls when they hit one.
