Progress Update

The construction staging of SE East Lawn Drive will convert from Phase 2A (east half) to Phase 2B (west half, including the intersection with SE Grant Street) during the week of July 15.  Once the pavement removal on Phase 2B occurs, the Phase 2B sanitary sewer work will commence.  It is anticipated that the sanitary sewer work will be completed in August, and the water main and storm sewer work will be completed in September, followed by street, driveway, and sidewalk paving in October.  The disturbed areas of Phase 2A will be permanently seeded in September, with Phase 2B being permanently seeding next spring.  -- updated 7/17/19

All private franchise utility relocations along SE East Lawn Drive are complete.  Work is progressing on the installation of the Phase 2A sanitary sewer.  Once the sanitary sewer is complete, the permanent connections of the sanitary services will be made to the sanitary main.  The Phase 2A sanitary sewer work will continue through May.  It is anticipated that the Phase 2A water main and storm sewer work will be completed in June, followed by the Phase 2A street paving, then the Phase 2A driveway and sidewalk paving in July.  Once the Phase 2A work is fully complete, the Phase 2B work will commence in late July / early August, weather permitting. -- updated 5/14/19

This project has been awarded and is anticipated to begin sometime between April 29 and May 20.  Franchise utility relocations ahead of the project are ongoing. -- updated 4/3/19
