The 2019 PCC Street Patching Program project includes the full depth removal and replacement of PCC street pavement at four (4) separate locations, generally located on: West First Street (eastbound) east of SW Irvinedale Drive, SE Peterson Drive west of SE Wanda Drive, SE Chaparal Drive west of SE Michael Drive, and SW Timbergreen Road east of SW Court Avenue.

The street patches on SW Timber Green just east of SW Court Avenue, SE Chaparal Drive just west of SE Michael Drive, and SE Peterson Drive just east of SE Wanda Drive are all substantially complete. The surface restoration adjacent to these three patch locations will be completed in late May. The street patch on eastbound West First Street just west of SW Irvinedale Drive will begin in June and last four to five weeks. The eastbound lanes of West First Street will be fully closed to all traffic from SW Irvinedale Drive to just east of SW Countrywood Lane while the West First Street patching work is completed. Residents in the Meadowlark Plateau neighborhood will receive a letter one week prior to the West First Street patching work commencing. The designated detour route for eastbound West First Street will utilize SW Third Street via SW Irvinedale Drive from the west and SW Linden Street from the east. -- updated 5/14/19
Work is scheduled to begin Monday, April 15, with the street patch on SW Timber Green Road just east of SW Court Avenue and will last one week. It is anticipated that the street patch on SE Chaparal Drive just west of SE Michael Drive will begin in late April and last two weeks, and the street patch on SE Peterson Drive just west of SE Wanda Drive will begin in early May and last three to four weeks. The street patch on eastbound West First Street just east of SW Irvinedale Drive will begin in early June and last four to five weeks. Residents adjacent to these street patches will receive letters one week in advance of the street patching work. Residents within the construction limits for the SE Chaparal Drive patch and the SE Peterson Drive patch will have access to their driveways affected for approximately two weeks, during which time their vehicles will need to be parked on the street outside the limits of construction. -- updated 4/9/19
Currently in the bidding phase. Actual start date this spring will be dependent on weather conditions. Each of the locations will require a full closure of the street during construction.
