City of Ankeny Launches New Utility Billing Payment Portal

The City of Ankeny is pleased to announce it launched a new and improved online bill pay service powered by InvoiceCloud for its utility customers today. With simple and secure navigation, customers can now pay the way that’s most convenient - online, by text, or by phone anytime 24/7. There is also an option to receive email reminders when a payment is due and a confirmation after making a payment.

Ankeny utility customers should visit the payment portal at www.ankenyiowa.gov/pay to create an account, sign up for pay by text, automatic payments, or paperless billing.

As part of this change, current AutoPay customers will need to re-register with the new payment portal to continue payments. Visit the Payment Portal at www.ankenyiowa.gov/pay to create an account and re-register. Customers will need their account number to re-register; find it on a past bill or call our office to help you. Please note, if current auto-pay is scheduled for Dec. 12, 2023 or later, the payment will not be processed. Customers must re-register through the new payment portal.

If you have any questions regarding the new payment service, please visit the FAQ on our website at https://www.ankenyiowa.gov/815/Utility-Billing-Payment-FAQs.
