    • Employees are still working regular hours and are available by phone and email.

    • Communications staff are available to assist media with interviews and requests for information. Contact  Amy Baker at 515-965-6414.

    • Communications staff will continue to provide updates on all social media channels Facebook,  Twitter and Nextdoor.

    • City Hall is closed to the public for walk-in customer service. For assistance, call or email staff first and we will work through the logistics.
