These operational changes  are reflective of the suggested guidelines provided by the Centers for Disease Control and the Iowa Department of Public Health.     • Employees are still working regular hours and are available by phone and email. View staff contact list.

    • Our Engineering staff are proceeding with the Capital Improvement Program (CIP) projects that have already been bid and are scheduled for construction in 2020.  We are also proceeding with the design phase for the projects in our CIP that are scheduled for construction in 2021 and 2022. 

    • Our Operations staff are proceeding with the standard maintenance and repair work that we normally complete during the spring months.       

    • The Public Services Building is closed to the public for walk-in customer service. For assistance, call or email staff first and we will work through the logistics.
    • If you need to drop off items, please use the drop box at City Hall, 410 W. First St.
      • Items that are dropped off will be delivered to staff the following day.
