The City of Ankeny invites qualified individuals and/or firms with proven experience and expertise to submit a proposal to offer residential and commercial property owners the opportunity to voluntarily purchase warranty coverage to repair external private plumbing connections to a home or building to the City’s water and sewer mains. This will include the implementation, administration and provision of a Water and Sewer Line Warranty Program.

Proposals Due: Tuesday, Feb. 3, 2026, 2 p.m.
