Plan & Zoning Commission

The general duties of the Plan and Zoning Commission are to make or have surveys made, studies, maps, plans, or charts of the whole or any portion of the municipality and any land outside that, in the opinion of the Commission, bears relation to a comprehensive plan.

The Commission may recommend amendments, supplements, changes, and modifications to the zoning ordinance before the City Council.

The Plan and Zoning Commission is empowered through Chapter 22 of the Municipal Code.
