Traffic Impact Study Information

For land development actions such as re-zoning, establishing PUD’s, or site plan development, at least five (5) days prior to a scheduled pre-application meeting, the applicant is requested to fill out and submit the Traffic Impact Study Application with a concept plan of the proposed development. 

Traffic Engineering staff will review the application and develop estimated trip generation for daily and peak hour conditions. If a Traffic Impact Study is needed, the scope of the study will be discussed at the pre-application meeting.
