Please note if your current auto-pay is scheduled for Dec. 12, 2023 or later, your payment will not be processed. You must re-register through the new payment portal.

Payments can be placed in the white drop box labeled Utility Billing located on the south end of the parking lot at City Hall, 410 W. First Street.

Pay Stations

Ankeny Hy-Vee locations accept utility bill payments. Please allow 7 to 10 days for your payment to be received and posted. Pay station payments not received at the City of Ankeny office by the date specified on your statement may be assessed a delayed payment fee.

If you are unable to make your payment before the disconnection date shown on your termination notice, call 515-963-3565 to make an arrangement to pay at a later date. Pay arrangements will only be accepted over the phone.
